TOLL HOUSE PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted and cooled to room temperature (or 15 seconds high in microwave)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl beat eggs until foamy (about 3 minutes on high). Beat in flour and sugars until well blended. Blend in butter (consistency of entire mixture, before nuts, should NOT be runny) and stir in chips and nuts. Put into pie shell; bake for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold with or without ice cream or whipped cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
