ONE BOWL POUND CAKE 
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup dairy sour cream or plain yogurt
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; blend at low speed. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.

Bake at 325°F for 60 to 65 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool 15 minutes then remove from pan. Drizzle with Glaze.

ORANGE GLAZE:

1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

Mix confectioners' sugar and orange juice together until smooth.
