1 egg
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese

Stir together egg, 1/2 cup sour cream and contents of spaghetti sauce mix. Add ground beef, bread crumbs and chopped peppers. Mix lightly. Shape into 4 or 5 oval patties. Cook in large skillet over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn and cook 10 minutes longer. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup sour cream and cheese. Serve as topping for meat loaves. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
