BARBECUED TUNA 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1/4 tsp. chili powder or to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar substitute or 2 envelopes Sweet 'n Low
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. tomato juice or V-8
Sprinkle of celery salt

Combine ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serves 2. Each serving counts for 1 fish and 1/4 bonus on Weight Watcher's chart.
