SHRIMP CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
2 (4 oz.) cans of shrimp
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
parsley flakes

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Blend well. Then shape into 2 small or one large ball. Roll in parsley flakes. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
