1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
1 stick melted butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
Cool Whip
1 Hershey bar

Step 1: Mix pecans, butter and flour in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes and cool.

Step 2: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip and spread on crust. Chill while doing step 3.

Step 3: Mix the two pudding packages with 2 1/2 cups milk until thick. Spread over cheese layer.

Step 4: Top with remaining Cool Whip and grated Hershey bar. Chill 3 hours or overnight. This is excellent!
