4 bananas
2 tbsp. soft spread butter
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. Amaretto

Peel and slice banana into uniformly sized coins and place in casserole dish. Melt butter in small, uncovered, bowl on HIGH for 45 to 55 seconds. Stir in lemon juice, brown sugar and Amaretto. Microwave uncovered on HIGH for 40 to 50 seconds or until hot. Stir and pour over bananas, tossing gently. Microwave uncovered on HIGH for 1 minute, until hot. Divide into individual serving dishes and drizzle with sauce.
