CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
1 pkg. Lipton noodle soup mix
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cook & bone
3 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 c. milk

Cook chicken and bone it. Save broth. Put boneless chicken back into broth with Lipton soup mixture. Make sure it is 6 cups or more of broth. Mix flour, egg and milk. When soup boils hard, drop by teaspoon. Cook 10 minutes with cover off and 10 minutes covered. Let set about 30 minutes before serving.
