CHEESE LOG 
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese (Kraft's round Colby-cheddar)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

Have above ingredients at room temperature.

1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste (opt.)
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Cream cheese with electric mixer, add mayonnaise and beat for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients into mixture except nuts, beat for 5 minutes longer. Shape mixture into a log or ball and roll in chopped nuts. Roll in waxed paper and chill for 2 hours. Slice and serve with crackers.
