PASTA SALAD 
1 box tri-colored shells (cook according to pkg. directions)
1 stick pepperoni
1 stick Genoa salami (or 1 lb.)
3 green peppers, chopped
1 purple onion, chopped
4 grated carrots (or sliced)
4 celery sticks, chopped
1/2 jar olives (black or green)
1 pkg. grated sharp cheese
1 pkg. grated colby cheese
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese
1 - 2 tsp. oregano
1 - 2 tsp. basil
Oil and vinegar to mix together well (start with 1/2 cup each)

Mix everything together and top off with salad supreme (a seasoning).
