3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. apple sauce
2 c. buttermilk pancake mix

Blend all ingredients except pancake mix until light and frothy. Add pancake mix and stir only until ingredients or moistened. Lightly grease each cup. Fill 1/2 full with batter. Brown on 1 side and turn gently. serve with butter, syrup, jelly or powdered sugar.
