CALYPSO PIE 
18 Oreo cookies
1/2 c. butter
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2/3 c. sugar
1 sm. can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk

Crust: Crush 18 (whole) Oreo's. Mix in 1/4 cup melted butter. Press into buttered pie dish.

Fill with 1 quart vanilla ice cream; let freeze.

Sauce: Melt together 1/4 cup butter and 1 square semi-sweet chocolate square. When melted, add 2/3 cup sugar and 1 small can evaporated milk. Boil sauce until thick. Remove from heat and cool completely before topping the ice cream.
