SWEET CORNBREAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. salad oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. milk

Blend sugar and salad oil. Add eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, cornmeal, mix in oil-egg mixture alternately with milk. Pour into greased and floured 9x9 pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
