GINGER COOKIES 
1 c. lard
2 c. sugar
1 c. sorghum molasses
2/3 c. hot coffee
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ginger
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Enough flour to make a stiff dough

Mix as given. Roll thin. Cut into shape. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
