FUDGE BROWNIES 
1 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts

Melt butter, add cocoa and set aside to cool. Add sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla, flour and nuts. Spread in 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut before cool.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Bring sugar, milk, butter to a boil. Remove from stove and add chips. Spread on cooled brownies.
