PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Coconut (opt.)
1 lg. box vanilla pudding (instant or regular)
Red & green cherries

Bake cake in 13"x9" pan as directed on package. After cake has cooled, cut in half and break into chunks. Place half of cake pieces in punch bowl layer half of pineapples, pie filling, pudding over cake. Repeat, ending with Cool Whip. If desired, decorate with nuts, cherries and or coconut.
