MEXICAN BEAN DIP 
In a large shallow dish or 2 pie tins, layer:

1st Layer:

2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans mild bean dip

2nd Layer:

Mix together and mash 2 extra large avocados, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and salt and pepper.

3rd Layer:

Mix together 8 ounces sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo and 1 (1 1/4 oz.) package taco mix.

4th Layer:

1 large bunch green onions, chopped

5th Layer:

3 large tomatoes, chopped

6th Layer:

1 large can ripe olives, chopped

7th Layer:

8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Cover and chill for several hours. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes huge quantity.
