MERINGUE CLOUD 
6 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
Fresh fruit for garnish

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake at 225 degrees. In a large bowl, beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar a little at a time until whites are stiff. Add vinegar and vanilla and blend together.

Pour the meringue into a pie dish and place the dish in the oven. Immediately turn oven down to 225 degrees and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Then, turn off the oven but keep meringue inside for another hour.

When meringue is done, remove and let stand until cold. Whip cream, and pour it on top of the meringue. Garnish with fresh fruit in season and serve.
