LOMA BYERS' STUFFED STEAK 
1 egg
1 1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
2 c. drained, cooked spinach
1 slice rye bread cubes
Flank steak, pounded (at least a pound)
1 c. tomato puree
1 tsp. parsley
3 tbsp. chili sauce

Mix egg, thyme, salt and pepper, spinach, and rye bread; spread on steak. Roll steak and place in foil. Cover with tomato puree, parsley, and chili sauce mix. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
