EASY QUICHE 
Dash of salt
Dash of cayenne or paprika
2 - 9 inch pie crusts
1 can French fried onion rings
3 eggs
1 c. milk (1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. half and half)
4 oz. American cheese
2 oz. cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pie crusts for 15 minutes until brown. Put 3/4 can of onion rings on bottom of each browned pie crust. Mix eggs and milk and 3/4 of the cheese. Pour into pie shells and put rest of onion rings on top. Bake until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes or so). Take out; sprinkle remaining cheese on top; bake until it melts.
