1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Put everything into blender or mixer and mix well. Pour into deep 9 inch pie plate, buttered. Bake until custard sets. 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve cold. I use the mixer.
