FRUIT BOWL DELIGHT 
1 lg. Red Delicious apple (unpeeled and diced)
1 c. chunk peaches
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. mandarin oranges
1 c. grapes, white or purple, or 1/2 c. of each
1 c. strawberries, sliced
1 c. colored miniature marshmallows
3 1/2 oz. can flaked coconut
2 c. sour cream

Thoroughly drain all canned fruit. Stir. Pour sour cream to blend and stir lightly into fruit. Fold in coconut and marshmallows. Turn into glass serving bowl. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Makes approximately twenty 4 ounce servings.
