RAINBOW JELLO 
7 sm. pkgs. Jello
16 oz. carton sour cream
Cool Whip

1. Dissolve one package of Jello in 1 cup boiling water.

2. Divide in half.

3. To one half add 1/4 cup cold water, pour into mold and thicken 30 minutes.

4. To second half add 1 tablespoon water and 1/3 cup sour cream. Beat together. Pour over clear layer in mold and thicken.

5. Repeat steps 1-4 six times, making sure each layer is well set before pouring on the next.

6. Dissolve 7th package as per package directions and pour over top.

7. Serve with Cool Whip.
