SUGARLESS HEALTH COOKIES 
1 c. dark raisins
1/2 c. seedless prunes
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 env. Sweet & Low
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Place raisins and prunes in small saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a rolling boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Beat in oil, add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Beat in Sweet & Low and vanilla. Stir in flour and baking soda. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
