TEXAS FUDGE CAKE 
2 sq. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda

Boil butter, cocoa and water for 3 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Pour boiled mixture over and beat well. Add eggs, milk and soda; mix well. Pour into 9 x 14 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Frost while hot.

FROSTING:

3/4 sq. butter
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to boil. Add 3 cups powdered sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Mix until of spreading consistency. May have to add more milk. Spread on hot cake.
