SALMON CAESAR 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Caesar salad croutons
1 lb. can red salmon, flaked
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

In medium bowl beat together eggs, milk and soup. Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion. Pour into buttered 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set in center. 8 servings. Sometimes I use chicken or tuna. Great the next day.
