All Ingredients at Room Temperature:

1 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon flavoring

Mix sugar, flour, egg yolks and butter. Then add flavoring and buttermilk. Mix well. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
