MARBLE CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into spring-form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend chocolate into 1 cup batter. Spoon plain chocolate batters alternately over crust; cut through layers with knife several times for marble effect. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce to 250 degrees and bake another 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Serves 10 to 12.
