MEAT & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. chop meat
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. cooked egg noodles
American cheese slices
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic

Brown the chop meat. Add oregano and garlic, drain. Add the onion soup, tomato sauce, 1/2 can of water (from tomato sauce can), add the cooked noodles, mix. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cheese on top, cover until melted.
