FROZEN COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Sprinkle salt over cabbage and let stand one hour - drain and mix in other vegetables.

DRESSING:

1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed

Boil dressing, then cool to lukewarm. Pour over vegetables in freezer containers. Freeze or refrigerator. Vegetables stay crispy.
