FRIDAY SPAGHETTI 
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. cooked spaghetti
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 lb. grated cheese

Saute in butter, onion, celery and green pepper. Put in large pot and add spaghetti, paste and enough water to be able to stir. Mix well. Add cheese. Heat on low until cheese melts. Stir often. This will be a drier spaghetti. Make early so flavors may blend.
