2 c. sugar
2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. water
1 c. oil
1 stick butter
4 heaping tsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together in mixing bowl sugar and flour. Heat water, oil and butter to boiling, add cocoa then stir into flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and cinnamon. Grease and flour sheet pan 13 x 9 inches. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Leave in pan.

ICING:

4 tbsp. milk
1 stick butter
4 heaping tsp. cocoa
3/4 box confectioners' sugar
