FRUITY CRISPIX CRUNCH 
7 1/2 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1/3 oz. pkg. fruit flavored gelatin
1/4 tsp. baking soda
8 c. Crispix cereal
1/2 c. butter

In microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter 1 minute or until melted. Stir in cream and gelatin. Microwave 2 minutes or until mixture boils, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in soda until well blended. Microwave for 2 minutes or until boiling, stirring after 1 minute. Pour over cereal. Gently toss until well coated. Spread mixture evenly onto waxed paper lined or greased 10 x 15 inch pan. Cool and break into small pieces. Store in airtight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
