BLACKBERRY BUCKLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sweetened fresh blackberries

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg; beat well. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add creamed mixture alternating with milk and vanilla. Pour batter into greased and floured 7" pans; cover with blackberries. Spread crumb topping over blackberries and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. May be served with whipped cream.
