PARTY MEAT BALLS | |
1 lb. ground pork sausage 1 lb. ground beef 2 c. bread crumbs 2 eggs 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 2 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients and roll into balls. Brown in skillet in 2 tbsp. of butter. Drain. Add 1 (10 oz.) jar of apricot preserves and 1 cup barbecue sauce over the meat balls. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
