HAM AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
8 (8 oz.) pkgs. noodles
8 lbs. ground ham
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 cans cream of celery soup
8 c. crushed potato chips
2 boxes Velveeta cheese, sliced

THIN WHITE SAUCE:

1 qt. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour

Cook noodles, drain. Make thin white sauce. Add ham, soups, white sauce and noodles together. Place into sheet cake pans and sprinkle crushed chips over the top.

Take the sliced cheese and cover the entire top of each pan. Lightly push the cheese down into the mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. This is very good to serve at luncheons. Serves 100.
