GREEN CHILI EGGS 
4 slices white bread
Butter
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. Jack cheese, grated
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. crumbled oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Trim crusts from bread and spread butter on one side. Place buttered side down in a 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle cheeses over bread, then spread chiles over cheese.

Combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over bread and cheese and chill at least 4 hours. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until knife comes out clean.
