CHEESY BEER BISCUITS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. beer
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. chopped green onions
Bacon

Mix Bisquick, cheese and onions. Stir in beer. Knead and roll out 3/4 inch thick. Cut and place in baking pan. Cut bacon in 1 1/2 inch pieces, place a piece on each biscuit. Bake at 400 degrees until brown and bacon is done.
