GULLIVER'S CREAMED CORN 
20 oz. frozen whole kernel corn
8 oz. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
8 oz. (1/2 pt.) milk
1 tsp. salt
6 tsp. sugar
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour

Combine all ingredients except butter and flour in a pan and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend butter with the flour and add to the corn. Mix well and remove from heat. Transfer corn to an oven-proof casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place under broiler until evenly browned.
