GRAPENUT PUDDING 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
3 c. scalded milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the slightly beaten eggs, sugar, salt and Grape-Nuts. Let stand. Scald the milk and add to egg mixture. Add vanilla and stir. Pour into 7x11 inch Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Put baking dish in another pan with water and bake until steel knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
