CHERRY DELIGHT 
CRUST:

2 pkg. graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
4 c. whipped topping

TOPPING:

2 cans of fruit

Crush graham crackers and mix with sugar and butter. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Mix filling all together and put on top. Top with favorite fruit. Do not bake.

I love this simple recipe but I make it a little different. If you cut the sugar down to 3/4 cup of granulated and the cream cheese down to one 8oz container and buy a small cool whip container as well as the small ready made Graham cracker pie crust (chocolate is my favorite with this) It makes a perfect amount with less sugar
