REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown the above ingredients.

1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
2 c. wide uncooked noodles
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix soups with 1 cup of warm water. Spoon 1/2 of hamburger mixture on bottom of large casserole (9 x 13 inch) pan. Cover with 1 pound can well drained sauerkraut. Sprinkle with 2 cups wide uncooked noodles. Cover with remaining meat mixture. Pour soup mixture over all. Bake, covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes more.
