2 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. Jello
2 cans fruit cocktail
1 can mandarin oranges

Empty Cool Whip into large bowl. Pour dry Jello into Cool Whip. Mix thoroughly. Add fruit (drained) to mixture. Will set up in about 10 minutes.
