ROTEL CHICKEN 
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. bell pepper
1 onion

Saute pepper and onion. Set aside. Boil chicken breasts until tender, remove from bone. Cook spaghetti in broth, add tomato, mushroom, cut cheese up, mix together, add saute pepper and onion. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
