BANANA CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. vegetable oil (Crisco)
3 lg. ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 lg. eggs
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Beat eggs until foamy. Add oil and mix well. To this mixture add half the cake mix and half the bananas (which have been mashed). Add rest of mix. Pour into a tube pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If top gets too brown, cover loosely with foil. Test to see doneness after 45 minutes. Drizzle powdered sugar mixed with milk on top or dust with powdered sugar.
