EASY TURKEY CACCIATORE 
1 lb. fresh turkey breast tenderloins
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. oil
15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. thickly sliced green onion
2 sm. zucchini, sliced
Hot cooked spaghetti

Cut each tenderloin into about 4 pieces. Coat with flour, heat oil over high heat. Saute turkey until golden brown, drain excess oil. Add spaghetti sauce and onions to turkey in skillet, blend well. Cover, simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in zucchini. Cover; simmer for 4 to 6 minutes until zucchini is crisp-tender. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti. 4 servings.
