APPLE LEMON SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. water (1 boiling, 1 cold)
1 lg. unpeeled Delicious apple, diced
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt cheese in saucepan and add dry Jello. Slowly add 1 cup boiling water, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1 cup cold water. Pour into Pyrex dish and add apple and pecans. Refrigerate.
