CORN PUDDING | |
2 c. corn, grated from cob, or chopped can corn 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. melted butter 2 c. scalded milk 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Mix ingredients. Pour into buttered baking dish. Set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 325 degrees until firm, about 45 minutes. |
