SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. hamburger
5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick (do not substitute this ingredient)
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 to 2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
1 to 2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 to 2 tsp. whole peppercorns or cracked pepper

Mix well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Mix each day for 3 days, on fourth day form into rolls. Place on broiler pan and bake in oven at 150 degrees for 5 hours.

Makes 4 rolls approximately 10 inch length and round as Hi Ho crackers. Freezer or keep refrigerated.
