SOUP DUMPLINGS 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls into hot stew or soup. Cover closely and steam at least 12 minutes. Do not uncover until after 12-15 minutes. This makes a light, fluffy dumpling.
